We offer an extensive range of interesting wines, both red and white: Methode Traditionnelle Blanc de Blancs, Viognier, Chardonnay, Syrah, Barbera, Montepulciano, Tannat, Late Harvest Viognier and Noble Viognier.
Visitors to the Cellar Door can expect an intimate experience in a unique winery, hosted by Tony, the winemaker. We offer full and information tastings and guests are often invited to step through into our production area to learn about our winemaking techniques and philosophy which may include a tasting of unfinished wines from tanks or barrels.
For those that are interested, Tony will also talk about earth-building, furniture making and lead-lighting, and his other great passion, fly fishing.
The café menu is intentionally simple with the focus on providing tasty food to accompany our wines. The offerings are usually platters or wood-fired pizzas. The platters consist of a selection of meat, cheese, home-made dips and condiments, salad and freshly baked bread.
The wood-fired pizza bases are also made on site, and there is usually 3 topping combinations to choose from.
The café has a lovely outdoor courtyard beside the pizza oven, where diners can linger over their meal with a glass of wine and enjoy being away from the hustle and bustle of town.
Bookings are essential to avoid disappointment.
