A huge oaky/buttery Chardonnay – Californian style. Made from very ripe Chardonnay grapes & barrel fermented in high-toast Hungarian barriques this wine is almost too rich to pair comfortably with food, although it does work well with lightly smoked white fish served over a creamy risotto.
