Chardonnay Mk 1 2025

Our new iteration of what used to be our Estate Chardonnay.

We’ve given it a distinct character of toasty French oak alongside some of the tropical notes of Chardonnay.

Fermented in 3 separate parcels with different yeast for each, and blended after fermentation.

Rich and flavoursome with a lovely soft acidity.

Best enjoyed at room temperature or only slightly chilled.
